It would seem that it is only possible to post attachements in the opening post of a thread. Is it possible to add this function to all posts? Thumbnails would be good too. If these things are possible I think this forum might gather a bit of momentum.

Seeing this is an opening post I will attach another picture.

Thanks

Chris Findlay.

pictures can be added to replies, but...

I've had a look at this, and pictures can be added to comments like this, and also to replies, but the problem is at the moment you don't get the option to upload a file first in comments and replies.

The File attachments/upload option is missing but if you know the url to an already uploaded pic, then you can use that e.g.:

example of an already uploaded pic

I'ts not an access setting, because I don't have the option either.   I'll investigate further.

now possible to upload photos in comments and replies

I just uploaded thisAha, I've found and added a module to allow uploading files from within replies and comments, and I've installed it!

e.g.

I've got on my list of things to do to see if I can find a thumbnail module.

Great!

Good work Tony! And that's a fantastic shot of the native bee on Craspedia variabilis? Well worth the effort.

Be and flower photo

No I reckon the flower is Wiry Buttons, Leptorhynchos tenuifolius, photographed at the Bungalook Community Nursery earlier this year.
