Common Names:
Heath Parrot Pea (Smooth Parrot Pea)
Wiry shrub growing to 1.5m. Small glabrous leaves, orange and red flowers from late winter to summer.
Distribution:
Grassy open forest, tea-tree heath.
Revegetation:
A hardy shrub which grows well in most soils.
Propagation:
Seeds prolifically every three or so years, most of the other years seeds are hard to find. Soak seeds in warm - hot water for a few hours before sowing. Often grown by cuttings.
